My Story
Howdy, I'm Mike Gray. It's a pleasure to meet you. I starting window cleaning here in Carteret County in 2017 and have since built up a solid business thanks to loyal customers. I volunteer as an educator in the community every month, always looking to help Carteret County continue as the beautiful place it is. Expert Window Cleaning Services
Residential Window Cleaning
I use a waterfed reverse osmosis and deionization (R/O DI) system. This means you have water that is stripped of all minerals. The brush scrubs to agitate the glass and loosen debris while the pure water rinse leaves the windows free of any residue or debris. This is my preferred method as windows stay cleaner longer. I clean the insides and outsides where it's best with a traditional zero detailing squeegee. This means I don't take a towel to the glass, again leaving your windows sparkling.
Commercial Window Cleaning
I service offices, restaurants, and other businesses throughout Carteret County. Generally this is on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. I use traditional squeegees on most jobs though some allow for a waterfed R/O DI system.
Hard Water Stain Removal
I can remove small sections of hard water stains with a solution called Rubout. This would be for an additional cost. Rubout generally removes 75% or more of the hard water stains.
Screen Cleaning
Dirty window screens can ruin the look of your windows. I offer professional screen cleaning services to keep your windows looking great.

Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning
An exterior only window cleaning keeps your windows from getting stains that are expensive and difficult to remove. The costs below are a guideline. I do a custom quote for every job and an estimated length of time to finish. Most jobs are 1-3 hours but larger jobs can take a full day. I work quickly and thoroughly.
Ground Floor and decks - $5 per pane
Second Story $6 per pane
Third story $7 per pane
Fourth story $8 per pane
This includes the frames, panes and sills. I will gladly remove, clean, and reinsert screens, but that may come at an additional charge.
An interior and exterior window cleaning keeps your windows from getting stains that are expensive and difficult to remove and removes dust, dander, debris--you name it, from inside. Why per pane? Windows may be made of any number of panes, which changes how much work and time is spent on each window. So for the best accuracy, I charge per pane.
