My Story
Howdy, I'm Mike Gray. It's a pleasure to meet you. I became a window washer here in Carteret County, Craven County and Onslow County in 2017 and have since built up a solid business thanks to loyal customers. I volunteer as an educator in the community every month, always looking to help the Crystal Coast continue as the beautiful place it is. Residential Window Cleaning
When you hire me as a window cleaner outside, I will use a waterfed reverse osmosis and deionization (R/O DI) system. This means you will have water that is stripped of all minerals. The brush scrubs to agitate the glass and loosen debris while the pure water rinse leaves the windows free of any residue or debris. This is my preferred method as windows stay cleaner longer. I clean the insides and outsides where it's best with a traditional zero detailing squeegee. This means I don't take a towel to the glass, again leaving your windows sparkling.
Commercial Window Cleaning
I service offices, restaurants, and other businesses as a window washer throughout Carteret County. Generally this is on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. I use traditional squeegees on most jobs though some allow for a waterfed R/O DI system.
Hard Water Stain Removal
Not all hard water stains can be removed, but for those that can, I use window washer solutions that will remove or diminish the stain without harming the glass.
Screen Cleaning
Dirty window screens can ruin the look of your windows. I offer professional screen cleaning services when you hire me as your window washer.

Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning
Need a window cleaner outside? An exterior only window cleaning keeps your windows from getting. I do a custom quote for every job and an estimated length of time to finish. Most jobs are 1-3 hours but larger jobs can take a full day. I work quickly and thoroughly so you have little to no interruption to your day.
Exterior only general price guideline:
1 Story = $125-$225
2 Stories = $225-$325
3 Stories = $325-$425
4 Stories = $425-$525
*These are rough guidelines, some homes may be well above or below these amounts.
I clean any home up to four stories. This includes the frames, panes and sills. I will gladly remove, clean, and reinsert screens, but that may come at an additional charge.
An interior and exterior window cleaning keeps your windows from getting stains that are expensive and difficult to remove and removes dust, dander, debris--you name it, from inside. I do a custom quote for every job and an estimated length of time to finish.
Interior and Exterior general price guideline:
1 Story = $250-$450
2 Stories = $450-$650
3 Stories = $650-$850
4 Stories =$850-$1050

This cleaning includes the frames, panes, sills, and a wiping of the tracks. If you would like the screens cleaned I take care of that as well.
